I’m Joanne Lee, a qualified Career Coach and Communications Specialist, based in Dublin, Ireland. I work with people at any stage in their career to identify what they’re good at, what lights them up and gives them energy so that they can find their career sweet spot and feel happier at work.
I do this through private one to one coaching sessions in person or virtually.
I love what I do and get huge energy from enabling people become the best version of themselves. I am passionate about the power of coaching to create transformation or change.
How I began my journey
Before starting my own business, I spent over 25 years in the financial services industry in Ireland. As a Senior Manager I developed and led my own marketing and communications teams as well as advising Senior Business Leaders through a range of communication leadership roles.
I specialise in creating connections and joining the dots between every day work and company vision and goals. I bring that clarity of communication and storytelling to my coaching practice.
In my role as a Senior Leader I found the area I got most energy from was working with my teams to unlock and fulfil their potential. This experience motivated me to investigate this area further when I left my company to explore what else was out there for me.
I rebooted myself at the start of a new decade in January 2020 and focussed on rebuilding my energy and being open to exploring a new life stage. I completed an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Life and Executive Coaching. I got to know myself a bit better through exploring my values, beliefs and purpose. I am now excited to be igniting my passion and using my experience and knowledge to support others.
Thus, the entrepreneurship journey began, and Joanne Lee Coaching was born!
